Halle Vandersloot

Halle Vandersloot is a junior from Bozeman, MT. She is majoring in Aerospace Engineering and is also pursuing a minor in Mathematics. Halle has been attending the lab staff meetings since January 2024, and she participated in the Undergraduate Summer Research Grant (USRG) program at Texas A&M over summer 2024 by working on modelling the servo dynamics of the Anaconda. She continues to work in the lab and is excited to learn more about flight testing and other aspects of aerospace research. In addition to the lab, Halle is also involved with Aggie Astronaut Corps as an Advisor. Her interests in aerospace include the use of air vehicles for avalanche relief, search and rescue, and wildfire fighting and the guidance, navigation, and control of space vehicles.
